It is with great sorrow in our hearts that we have to announce that for the time being LAST SEEN LAUGHING is no more!!!

Therefore we have to cancel all bookings and agreements we have. We are very sorry for any inconvienience that might cause you.

Here's our predicament : Kres has been forced to leave the band by the Danish social system coz it's apparently legal for them to make an estimate of what they think you earn from the band every month and then cut the welfare you receive by that amount. It's up to you to prove your innocence and document them wrong for starters and then it's still up to them to decide if they believe you. They don't consider all the costs you have by playing in a band and it doesn't matter that the end result with income and costs turns out with you paying more than you earn playing in the band. Furthermore you are prohibited from leaving the country and by doing so you forfeit your right to welfare. It's been documented several times that the contactperson at the social office checks the band wereabouts and monitors our activities closely. This is apparently the much appraised Danish welfare system. Horrific!!! Welcome back to the dark ages of guilty until proven otherwise and restricktions regarding where you can go!!!!! Talk about being proven right in the aversion against the system! There's just one thing left to say : FUCK THE SYSTEM!!!!!!!!

We are deeply sorry and desperate about this situation. To be honest: It hurts like fuck!!
